  • Location: Cary, North Carolina
  • Intended audience: This course is suitable for any veterinary surgeon with an interest in managing fractures in small animals, including: veterinary surgery residents, interns, veterinary graduates at the start of their career, and practicing veterinary surgeons with some surgical experience.
  • Format: In-person, blended. The “blended” course format includes REQUIRED online coursework and learning materials provided prior to the face-to-face event which are MANDATORY for attendance at the course.

AO VET NA Blended Course—Advanced Techniques in Small Animal Fracture Management with Wet Lab

  • Dates: May 13 – May 15, 2026
  • Location: Cary, North Carolina
  • Intended audience: Enrollment is open to veterinary surgery residents towards the end of their training program, interns and practicing veterinarians with experience in orthopaedics and traumatology.
  • Format: In-person, blended. The “blended” course format includes REQUIRED online coursework and learning materials provided prior to the face-to-face event which are MANDATORY for attendance at the course.
  • Prerequisite: Prior attendance at an AO VET Course – Principles of Small Animal Fracture Management is a prerequisite.

AO VET NA Blended Course—Principles of Equine Fracture Management

  • Dates: May 13 – May 15, 2026
  • Location: Cary, North Carolina
  • Intended audience: Enrollment is open to veterinary residents, interns, students and practicing veterinarians with an interest in improving their skills and confidence in the decision-making and treatment of fractures in large animals.
  • Format: In-person, blended. The “blended” course format includes REQUIRED online coursework and learning materials provided prior to the face-to-face event which are MANDATORY for attendance at the course.
