What You Will Learn in This Advanced Knee Course

Dive into a dynamic, immersive learning experience designed to deepen your understanding of complex knee conditions. This 2.5-day course goes far beyond others, offering an interactive, innovative, hands-on approach that prioritizes practical application.

At the heart of this program is the innovative concept of viewing “the knee as an organ,” which underscores the intricate relationship between ligaments, menisci, cartilage, and bone. By examining these components as part of a cohesive system, learners gain valuable insights into the interplay that influences knee function and injury.

Hands-On Labs with Anatomical Models

Participants work with state-of-the-art synthetic models that closely replicate the anatomy of the knee. Under the direct guidance of expert faculty, learners will have the opportunity to practice and refine advanced surgical techniques for a variety of procedures, including:

  • Anterior and posterior cruciate ligament (ACL/PCL) reconstructions
  • Posterolateral and posteromedial corner reconstructions
  • Complex meniscus repair

These labs bridge the gap between theory and practice, building confidence and muscle memory for complex procedures.

Interactive, Case-Based Discussions

Learning extends into highly interactive, case-based sessions. Here, participants will join faculty and peers to analyze challenging clinical scenarios, debate treatment strategies, and develop preoperative plans.
